Spanish midfielder Gavi suffered a “serious” injury to his knee during a match between his country in Georgia, as part of the European Cup 2024 soccer qualifiers.
It is expected that this injury will keep the Barcelona star away from the rest of the season’s matches with his team, in addition to the Paris Olympics and the 2024 European Cup.
The Spanish Federation said that the young Barcelona star, who came off in the first half, suffered a “serious injury to the right knee, but we must wait to find out how serious it is.”
