The Confederation of African Football (CAF) announced, on Sunday, October 8, 2023, that the draw for the finals of the African Cup of Nations, “Côte d’Ivoire 2023,” will be held on Thursday, October 12.
“CAF” revealed in a statement that the draw will begin next Thursday at seven o’clock GMT, in the Ivorian city of Abidjan, indicating that the organizing committee for the African Cup of Nations is ready to conduct the draw for the 2023 finals, which is expected in the State of Côte d’Ivoire, during the period between January 13 and February 11, 2024, with the participation of 24 teams.
The African Confederation continued: “Within four days, the city of Abidjan will become the main center of African football, where the continent’s biggest stars, football leaders, media and football commercial partners will gather in the economic capital of Côte d’Ivoire to conduct the final draw for the African Cup of Nations.”
