CAF President: “Morocco provided more than what we imposed in the allowance book, and I am proud of them.”

CAF President Patrice Motsepe confirmed that Morocco won the organization of the 2025 African Cup with the unanimous consent of all members of the CAF Executive Board.

Motsepe said in a symposium this morning in Cairo that Morocco put together a strong file and responded to all the conditions of the book of incentives, and even provided guarantees that it was prepared to provide double the conditions we imposed at the time.

The CAF President added that he is proud of Morocco and the capabilities and infrastructure available to it, stressing that Africa is proud of the Kingdom and that it will be a world championship and the best version of African championships in history.
