The Moroccan Olympic team defeated its Brazilian counterpart with an unanswered goal, in the friendly match that brought them together this Thursday evening on the grounds of the sports complex of the city of Fez.
The national team’s goal was scored by Zakaria El Wahdi (73rd minute), and the Olympic team will once again meet its Brazilian counterpart on September 11 in Fez (8 p.m.).
The two matches are part of the national team’s preparations for the Olympic Games, which will be hosted by the French capital, Paris, in the summer of 2024.
It is noteworthy that the Brazilian Olympic team won the gold medal in the last edition of the Olympic Games held in Tokyo 2020.
