Motsepe: “We committed that the votes of all 54 African countries would be in favor of the Morocco 2030 file.”

CAF President Patrice Motsepe confirmed that Morocco won the organization of the 2025 African Cup with the unanimous consent of all members of the CAF Executive Board.

In parallel with that, AThe President of CAF confirmed that the entire continent will support Morocco in the 2030 World Cup, as all members under the CAF banner have committed to supporting the Kingdom of Morocco.

Motsepe said: “We have committed that 54 African votes will go in favor of the Kingdom of Morocco, and we consider the votes of all our countries as one vote for Morocco, and Morocco’s candidacy is a candidacy for Africa as a whole, not Morocco alone.”
