Dutch world champion Rico Verhoeven asked the “Glory” organization to program a big kickboxing evening in Morocco.
Rico said during a press conference: “In Morocco there are a lot of boxers, and the Glory fights are widely followed there, and I ask the Glory organization to program a big evening there in Morocco, and I very much support this idea.”
He added: “Moroccans are strong fighters, and I want us to compete there. The Moroccan mentality in general is characterized by courage, drive and focus.”
He concluded: “The support I get from Moroccans is very wonderful, and they love me and invite me to visit Morocco, and I cannot wait to go there.”
