The Moroccan women’s national team defeated its Namibian counterpart with two unanswered goals, in the match that brought them together this Thursday evening at the Grand Marrakesh Stadium, in the first leg of the second round of the African qualifiers for the Paris 2024 Olympics.
The lead goal for the national team was scored by Nisreen Al Shad in the 20th minute, before Anissa Al Hamari scored the second goal in the 78th minute.
The return match between the two sides will be held next Tuesday, starting at seven in the evening, at Moulay Hassan Stadium in Rabat.
